Updated Policies

In today’s market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we exchange products, whether we provide shipping services, or about how we secure your personal data. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Ready to Post Items
1.) Items will be posted within 1-5 business days (usually either the same day or the next working day) upon receipt of payment unless otherwise stated or agreed.2.) P&P to include 1st class postage unless an alternative is requested or agreed3.) Where the buyer has requested an enhanced postal service ie. Special Delivery, a refund will only be given for the basic 1st class postage cost.

Made to Order, Personalised or Bespoke Items
1.) Upon placing a personalised/bespoke order, the listing will provide length of time to create, the buyer will be given an agreed completion date if this will take longer.2.) Photographs will be sent to the buyer on confirmation of posting.3.) P&P to include 1st class postage unless an alternative is requested or agreed. All items are posted either in a gift box or an organza bag but this will be defined in each listing.


Returns and Refunds

Ready to Post Items
1.) Returns are accepted witin 14 days of receipt. 2a.) The returned item must be in the original packaging2b.) A refund will be issued only upon receipt of the returned items.3.) Returns postage will be paid for by the buyer unless the goods received were faulty.

Made to Order, Personalised or Bespoke Items 
1.) No returns or refunds will be given for a made to order, personalised or bespoke item.
